A community-rooted growth accelerator

Sauti Hub finds young people with creative potential, trains them in storytelling and business basics, showcases their work, and connects them to paid opportunities. We create visible wins quickly, so communities and partners can see real impact.

Mission

Amplify youth voices, convert talent into sustainable income, and cultivate leaders who strengthen their communities.

Vision

A continent where every young person’s voice is visible and every talent is valued.

How we work

Short practical workshops, podcasts and live showcases, a talent gallery, and direct links to paid gigs and sponsors.

The method

Five movements. Each one ends in a visible win.

A submission. An episode. A booking. A project. Nothing here waits three years for a result.

I

Find

We reach youth through schools, ambassadors, and open calls.

II

Train

Short hands-on workshops in storytelling and business basics.

III

Showcase

Podcasts, short films, and monthly live events.

IV

Connect

A booking portal links talent to paid gigs and commissions.

V

Grow

Leadership cohorts and youth ambassadors sustain local impact.

Programmes

Five ways in

Two core programmes carry the work. Three more keep it rooted in the community and funded for the long run.

Core programme · One

Voices into Growth

Submit a 60–90 second audio clip or a short film. Selected participants join a two-day storytelling workshop, record a podcast episode, and receive mentoring.

  • Outputs: podcast episodes, social films, live showcase slots
  • You gain confidence, a public voice, and a portfolio
  • That portfolio is what draws partners and bookings

Talent into Economy

Create a talent profile with samples and availability. We coach on pricing and contracts, feature you in the gallery, and present you to events and employers.

  • Bookings run through a secure portal
  • Coaching on pricing, contracts, and delivery
  • You gain paid commissions, exposure, and repeat clients

Three

Leaders from Within

Graduates join a four to six week leadership cohort on project design, facilitation, and community organising — then receive seed support to run a local project and become Hub ambassadors.

Four

Community Engagement

We partner with schools and community centres to run workshops, affirmation campaigns, and showcases that mobilise local support and create real demand for youth work.

Growth Partnerships

We co-design programmes with patrons, send quarterly impact briefs, and offer co-branding. Partners gain access to trained youth talent and measurable social outcomes.

We count growth in people and in shillings

Three ways to begin today

For youth

Join a workshop or submit your voice

Bring a 60–90 second clip. No studio, no equipment, no experience needed — a phone recording is enough.

For patrons

Sponsor a programme or commission talent

Fund a cohort, commission work, or book creatives for your next event. Quarterly impact reporting included.

For communities

Invite us for a school event or showcase

We bring the workshop, the equipment, and the stage. You bring the young people.

Start here

Tell us who you are and what you would like to do. We reply within five working days.

This opens your email app with the details filled in, addressed to brightonidd@gmail.com.

Growth partnerships

Fund the programmes. Commission the talent. See the receipts.

We co-design programmes with patrons rather than handing over a fixed package. You choose the outcome; we build the pathway to it.

  • Quarterly impact briefs with numbers and named stories
  • Co-branding on episodes, showcases, and cohort materials
  • First access to trained, work-ready youth talent
  • Direct commissioning through the booking portal
